Day 3

Today has been a little rough, this morning I was super sore but I got myself to do the workout anyways. It was actually really good because by working out I was able to warm up my muscles and that relaxed them quite a bit :) I then rode my bike to school and back. But when I got home I just got sooo lightheaded and felt bleh. Kinda freaked me out a little, and then I had my realization moment, oh yeah I didn't eat breakfast! I guess when you workout you really have to make sure you eat enough. Gotta work on eating enough. :)

So for diet: when I got home I ate a big bowl of the spaghetti leftovers, and since then I have snacked on a granola bar. Now its time for dinner. Im thinking I need something with more substance since spaghetti and granola bar and a bunch of water are the only things Ive eaten today :/ maybe some Betty Crocker potatoes and heat up some pot pies. I know those are all processed foods, but its better than eating out at Wendy's which is what I really feel like doing :P Until tomorrow! :D
